The P-Shot® (or Priapus Shot®) is a nonsurgical procedure that uses the growth factors each man has in their own body to stimulate the penile tissue.
How can it help me?
The P-Shot® can help improve a man’s sexual performance. Medical conditions such as prostate cancer, surgery and diabetes can cause men to experience sexual dysfunction or erectile dysfunction. Please note that we cannot treat Peyronie’s disease.
How does it work?
The P-Shot ® procedure works by using PRP to stimulate stem cells to grow healthier penis tissue.
You can expect to enjoy the effects of the P-Shot almost immediately as the growth factors begin to rejuvenate and enhance the sexual response. Effects can expect to last anything from 6 to 18 months.
- Improved erectile function
- Strengthens the penis
- Straightens the penis
- Increased circulation within the penis for a healthier organ
- Make other therapies work better (if you still need Viagra then it will work better for you)
- Increase sensation and pleasure (helps correct the damage from diabetes
- Proven to work in multiple studies
- No allergic reactions
- No lumpiness
- Immediately larger
How is the procedure performed?
First the doctor or nurse applies a numbing cream to the penis. Then blood is drawn from the arm in the same way as with any blood test. Using a centrifuge and a special method, platelet rich plasma in the blood is isolated to obtain the resultant growth factors. This is then transferred into a syringe and injected by the following method:
Using a very thin needle, the growth factors are injected into the penis, in an area most important for the sexual response. Because these areas have been numbed with the anesthetic cream, you will feel minimal pain.

Can anyone have it?
The procedure doesn’t work well for men who smoke cigarettes as the poison in cigarettes will kill the growth of the stem cells that are recruited and fertilised by the PRP.
